Welcome to my sports blog, where the community dives deep into the latest sports writing and engage with our readers through comments & sports banter! All for the love of the game.

I grew up in the Chicago area, where I was taught to live and breathe sports. From the Bears, White Sox, Blackhawks and the Bulls, there was always something to watch and a team to root for. Not only rooting from the sidelines, but I blame my dad for being as competitive as I am today. Not a bad thing, but the guy is 60 years old and still giving fist bumps when he beats me in a game of ping-pong…

That’s where golf and sports gambling come in. After officially retiring from college athletics, there was something missing in my life. I wanted to compete. I wanted to win. I started golfing shortly after college, and immediately knew I was addicted to it. This game, like love, is mysterious and attractive. Like none other, it allows you to reach the highest of highs and the lowest of lows. Sometimes I have no idea what my ball is going to do next….and others I feel like Scottie Scheffler (if he was a 13 handicap playing from the white tees).

Over the years, I have also developed a pretty wide range of sports betting processes. If you also like to indulge in the gambling world, this blog is for you! I’ll be posting my thoughts, picks and parlays here whenever I’m playing them. Listen, if you like to read a little bit about some sporting events then this is going to be your place to go. I’m no expert, but historically have been pretty successful when I’m gambling (sometimes maybe good sometimes maybe sheet *insert Gennaro Gattuso voice*)
